Supplier Terms & Conditions

Definition: 'Supplier' refers to any contracted entity by Sirenic.

Services:
The Supplier must deliver the agreed equipment and services. Any deviation may result in penalties or contract termination.

Quotes & Costs:
Approved quotes by the Supplier are binding. No renegotiations are permitted post-event.

Payment:
Sirenic will pay the Supplier's invoice as per the agreed terms. Late or incorrect delivery could disrupt payment schedules or result in additional charges.

Responsibilities:
The Supplier must provide all agreed equipment and services promptly and in good condition. Non-compliance may result in penalties or termination.

Staff Conduct:
Supplier's staff must be presentable and professional. Sirenic's clients are to be approached in a professional manner and referred to senior production staff onsite if the Supplier's staff is unable to assist clients' needs. No event collateral or food is to be removed or consumed onsite. Legal or financial repercussions from non-compliance will be borne by the Supplier.

Social Media:
Written permission from Sirenic is required before the Supplier posts any related content on social media or other platforms.

No Controlled Substances:
Sirenic maintains a zero tolerance policy for controlled substances at the work site. Violations may lead to immediate termination and possible legal action.

Safety:
The Supplier must comply with all relevant health and safety regulations, including mandatory staff training and maintaining a safe work environment.

Insurance:
The Supplier must hold appropriate insurance coverage for potential damages or injuries. Sirenic's liability is capped to the agreed service cost.

Confidentiality & IP:
Confidentiality must be maintained by both parties. Any created Intellectual Property (IP) remains with Sirenic, unless otherwise specified.

Contract Termination:
This agreement can be terminated by either party under agreed conditions, detailed in writing. Any financial consequences arising from termination, as outlined in this agreement, will be borne by the Supplier.

Force Majeure:
In case of a Force Majeure event, the Supplier's performance may be excused but they remain liable for any costs or damages incurred by Sirenic.

Industry Compliance Documents:
If the Supplier is an event industry provider, the following documents must always be available onsite: Health and Safety file, Valid public liability insurance, SARS clearance and Workman's Compensation documents. If absence of these documents leads to delays or impediments in event execution, the Supplier will be held financially liable.

Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking:
The Supplier confirms they adhere to all laws and regulations prohibiting slavery and human trafficking. Any violations of these laws will lead to immediate contract termination and possible legal action.

Anti-Bribery and Corruption:
The Supplier must comply with all applicable laws, statutes, regulations, and codes relating to anti-bribery and anti-corruption. Any breach of such laws will result in immediate termination of this agreement.

Law:
This agreement is governed by the laws of the country where Sirenic is registered.

Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes will be resolved via negotiation, mediation, or arbitration before litigation.

Entire Agreement:
This document constitutes the entire agreement between Sirenic and the Supplier. Any misunderstanding about the terms may lead to disputes or legal action. Sirenic's complete Terms and Conditions are available upon request.
