Welcome aboard one of Sirenic's premier events! We are delighted to have you with us for what promises to be an exceptional production. To ensure our event is executed flawlessly, please adhere to the following guidelines:

 

1. Professional Appearance and Conduct:  
   We are all representatives of our skill sets and experience. Please maintain a polished appearance and exhibit professional behavior at all times.

 

2. Collaboration:  
   Should any issues arise while working with other team members, please communicate promptly with Sirenic's

supervisors to resolve them efficiently.

 

3. Equipment and Prop Management:  
   Any changes or adjustments to equipment and props must be approved by Sirenic beforehand.

 

4. Technical Markings:  
   Clearly mark all technical patches and equipment to ensure safety and prevent accidents.

 

5. Rigging Verification:  
   Double-check all rigging to ensure safety and confirm that you are certified for any specialized tasks.

 

6. Guest Interaction:  
   Maintain a friendly demeanor when interacting with guests. If unable to assist, promptly refer them to a senior Sirenic team member.

 

7. Refreshments:  
   Consumption of backstage snacks and drinks is permitted only with prior approval.

 

8. Zero Tolerance Policy:  
   We uphold a strict policy against any inappropriate conduct. Violations will result as per NDA & Supplier take on agreements.

 

9. Health and Safety:  
   Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a secure working environment.

 

10. Social Media and Photography:  
   Obtain approval from Sirenic before posting any behind-the-scenes content on social media.

 

11. Documentation:  
   Ensure all required documentation, including Health & Safety files, insurance, tax clearance, and workman's

compensation, is in order.

 

12. Ethical Standards:  
   We strictly prohibit any form of slavery or human trafficking. Our commitment to ethical practices is paramount.

 

13. Integrity:  
   All transactions and interactions must be transparent and ethical. We strive for an environment of trust and professionalism.

 

14. Dress Code:  
   During setup, wear appropriate safety gear. On show day, please adhere to the all-black attire dress code.

 

15. Breaks and Smoking Areas:  
   Designated meal and smoking areas must be used. Adhere to the provided guidelines to maintain a

professional environment.

16. Client Interaction:
Please note that engaging directly with Sirenic's clients, or seeking out potential clients while on site, is strictly prohibited and considered a breach of the NDA. This policy ensures we maintain the integrity and trust in our professional relationships.
